Q How do I place a bet?

Placing a bet is very easy. First log in with your username and password and select the type of sport and leagues that you’re interested in from the sports betting menu on the left. The selected leagues are displayed in the center of the screen. Now click on the expected outcome for one or multiple events (1=team 1 wins / X=draw / 2=team 2 wins) and your tips will be added to your bet slip on the right side of the screen. Q What is a 1-click bet?

Q Why do the odds keep changing in live betting?

Since live bets are offered during a sports event, the odds are adjusted according to the course of the game. That’s why it can occur that the odds of your selected tip change between the time you submit your bet and the final bet placement. You can delete tips from your bet slip at any time, by clicking the “x” on the right side. Alternatively you can uncheck the check mark on the left of the tip. In this case, the tip remains in your bet slip, but is not considered for the submitted bet.

Q How much can I win at most?

The maximum return for sports bets is 20,000 Euro. However, our bookmakers can also define lower return limits per league or bet. This can have several reasons and is dictated e.g. by supply and demand. When you compile a bet you can find the maximum return on the bottom of your bet slip, right above the “Submit bet” button.

Q How much is the minimum / maximum stake?

The minimum stake per bet is 1.00 Euro. The maximum stake depends on the return and stake limits defined by the bookmakers and may vary from bet to bet.

Q My bet is rejected due to set limits. What can I do?

In this case, you have exceeded a stake limit set in our system. The maximum possible stake is displayed next to your original stake. You now have the option to place the bet with a reduced stake or to send the bet with its original stake to be reviewed by the bookmakers by clicking the appropriate button.

Q What is a requested bet?

If a bet is rejected because of a limit set in our system, we offer you the option to request this bet manually. Our bookmakers will review your bet and decide, if the bet will be accepted with its original stake or with a reduced stake. Of course our bookmakers can also decide to decline the bet entirely.

Q Where can I see the state of my requested bets?

You can check the state of your requested bets at any time by selecting „My account > Requested bets“.

Q What is a combination bet?

If you select one or multiple tips, you have the option to place these as a combination bet. To win a combination bet, all tips in your bet slip have to be correct. The total odd is calculated by multiplication of the odds for each individual tip.

Q What are system bets?

If you select two or more tips, you have the option to place these as a system bet. A system bet can be won, even if not all tips are correct. A bank-tip must always be correct, otherwise the bet is lost. A detailed description for the system bets that are possible with your bet slip is displayed, if you move the mouse cursor over the “i” icon left of the corresponding betting method.

Q What is a bank-tip?

If you are completely convinced of the outcome of an event, you can mark the tip in your bet slip as a bank-tip by clicking the “b” icon. Bank-tips can only be used in system bets and must always be correct, otherwise the bet is lost.

Q Can I cancel an already placed bet?

Unfortunately, out of legal reasons, it is not possible to cancel a bet in retrospect by request of the customer (even if it has been placed by mistake).

Q How do I see if I have won a bet?

You can check the state of your not evaluated bets at any time by selecting „My account > Open bets” and the state of already evaluated bets by selecting “My account > Finished bets”. To the right of each bet, you’ll find the return that has been credited to your account.

Q Why was my bet cancelled?

According to our general terms and conditions we are entitled to cancel bets for various reasons. Most commonly this happens if an event is called off or an odd mistake occurs. In case of a cancellation your stake is refunded.

Q I have won! When is the return credited to my account?

We always strive to credit your winnings to your account as fast as possible. But bet slips can only be evaluated definitely, if the official results become available to us. This time may vary depending on different types of sports and leagues.
